The story behind the story....
My passion for food started at a very young age as I followed my parents around the kitchen as they cooked for the family. As time went on I tried my hand at any number of concoctions, the beginning failures until I began to get the hang of it and made edible food. From that point on my infatuation with food grew and grew. I founded A Boston Food Diary in 2008 with a simple goal-to make a great meal last longer. It occurred to me that we've all had those incredible meals that you just don't want it to end. The flavors of the meal are so perfectly combined, the textures wonderfully complimentary, that your very soul is satisfied. I believe that this feeling can come from any number of different types of meals, from the most gourmet to a hearty cheeseburger, or even just a satisfying piece of chocolate. Through A Boston Food Diary, I celebrate each and every bite, yearn to understand the creativity behind it all, and even attempt my own creations.
