We all enjoy a good challenge don't we? Something to push our limits? Take us out of our comfort zone? A friend of mine decided to start a 101 in 1001 challenge this January- in other words- she took the normal New Years Resolutions up a notch. She has chosen to complete a list of 101 things, and she has give herself 1001 days to do it. She has challenged me to do the same. Since my January was spent out of town for the most part- I am choosin to start my 1001 days on February 1, 2010.
Now, a good portion of the list is personal, so youre just going to have to have some blind faith as I work my way through it as I won't be posting the complete list, however, I shall use this space to track my progress on my food related accomplishments-stay tuned-we'll see how I do!
