So I totally played Iron Chef in my kitchen tonight! I had an ingredient that I was itching to use (up) and so I set to work making a couple dishes that incorporated it. I sooo felt like I was on the show!
I love those types of challenges- where you test your limits and see what you can do with limited ingredients, or how far you can bring your creativity. It's always fascinating to me.
In other news, I have had the distinct pleasure of being introduced to some amazing authors and books over the past couple of weeks. I'll be talking more about this in the next few weeks- but I am so impressed with the literary stylings of our own Boston residents!
I am curious- what is your favorite Boston based author or book?
