Low Key Danger at the Gym...

I found the danger of my gym. The awesome movies that they play and personalized entertainment systems make it far too easy to push myself on cardio. Today for example I got sucked in to The City marathon, and a few weeks ago it was P.S I Love You which I actually had to pull myself away from. I'm sure there are worse things...but man I am tired and was STARVING when got home.

John had brought home some leftover pasta last night for me so I did quick sauté of grow d turkey meat with some spices and artichoke tapenade,and then added in the pasta. Man was it tasty and fast!

What are your favorite "oops I got him late and am now starving" meals?

Dude! You are a posting machine today...love it!! And my oops I'm starving meal is whatever I can find in my fridge, put on some Trader Joe's frozen bread and baked until it's awesome. It's sort of like pizza but healthier I suppose?

I confess...for me, it is a bowl of Smart Start Cereal. I seceretly love this for a late night dinner. Guess it is not a secret now.

But what gym is this? I HATE mine and there is no such thing for me as not being able to leave. I can't wait to get out of there!

Cereal is delicious- and if we're confessing things- I might have had a bowl....ahem or two...of peanut butter puffins last night-glad I stayed at the gym a little longer!

Healthworks Gyms- I literally have to rip myself out of there! I used to hate going too now I miss it :-)
