I have to say, I love a good, relaxed Monday evening. Work kept me late tonight, so I sadly missed my time at the gym. A perfect changeover made it a beautiful evening where John picked me up at the grocery store and we set off for home to make dinner.
Pork chops with a fun topping was on the menu with a big salad full of fresh veggies and a homemade vinaigrette. Yum. To top it all off we have been enjoying little pieces of Apple Blueberry Cake from the Clear Flour Bakery that a lovely person gave to us yesterday :-)
And now.... We're watching tons of How I Met Your Mothers- I swear it's the best show ever....
